Hand Carved Ceramic and Mosaic Kitchen Canister

We asked local potter Monte Young (etsy shop Monte Young Pottery) to throw these stoneware vessels for us. We then carved these bold patterns into the raw clay then bisque fired them, glazed them with our favorite palette of bright colors, fired them again and then added bits of semiprecious stones and grout to add another layer of interest and texture.

Pretty addition to kitchen countertop as a canister or cookie jar or by itself adds cheery personality to a space. The inside of this vessel is functional and food safe. Hand wash. Do not immerse in water. To clean the exterior, gently clean with a damp cloth.

MADE TO ORDER
Each piece is a handcrafted one-of-a-kind piece. Our pictures represent a close color palette of the glazed stoneware and semiprecious stones as well as the typical shape and size variations. The item you receive will be very similar to the item photographed but may vary in coloration and design.

Many flaws and arrives filthy and requires much cleaning, for that price I thought the seller would at least clean it! needless to say could not use as a gift! :(
